Is Digital Ally a publicly traded company?

(NASDAQ: DGLY) (the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has unanimously approved a plan to pursue a separation into two independent, publicly-traded companies to optimize investment and capital allocation, accelerate growth, and unlock shareholder value.

What happened to Digital Ally?

After raising $30 million in capital in early 2021 through a private placement, Lenexa-based Digital Ally switched its focus from law enforcement cameras, deciding to expand its offerings. Since then, the company has moved into ticket sales, event planning, disinfectants, medical billing and now private jet charters.

Does Digital Ally have a digital camera business?
